Single-Ply Membrane Systems
Premium polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) membrane systems that offer outstanding reflectivity and are resistant to a broad range of chemicals, helping extend the life of the commercial roof. During installation, single-ply membranes rolls are overlapped and heat welded together along with mechanically-fastening or fully-adhering with adhesive to form an exceptionally durable, waterproof, and energy-efficient shield that will deliver unsurpassed building protection for years to come.

This rugged, thermoplastic polyolefin membrane (TPO) provides phenomenal defense from the environment. Its exclusive TPO design has been modified with a Kevlar®-reinforced fastening edge, non-moisture-wicking scrim material, and DuPont® Elvaloy® technology for exceptional strength and energy-efficiency. Single-Ply Overlay Over Metal
Metal roof retro-fits are a popular solution for leaking or inadequately insulated metal roofs. TPO/PVC overlays are a long-term solution that adds insulation value and creates an aesthetically pleasing new roof. Flute fillers are used to fill between the metal ribs. Additional boardstock insulation is then added to create a smooth surface for the new roofing membrane. Additional layers of insulation board can be added until the desired R-value is reached. The insulation boards are mechanically fastened to the metal roof below. A new TPO or PVC roofing membrane is then installed and mechanically fastened via plates and screws. All seams are then heat welded and all roof edges properly terminated. During the installation of this roofing system, the building’s interior is never exposed allowing business below to continue with minimal disruption.
